Overview : ParaGENIE Crypto-Micro Real-Time PCR Kit is a multiplex Real-Time PCR diagnostic test for rapid and qualitative detection of Cryptosporidium spp., and differentiation of Enterocytozoon bieneusi and Encephalitozoon intestinalis from stool.

 

Targets : Cryptosporidium spp, Enterocytozoon bieneusi and Encephalitozoon intestinalis

 

Specificity for Cryptospoidium spp : Cryptosporidium parvum, Cryptosporidium hominis, Cryptosporidium felis, Cryptosporidium cuniculus, Cryptosporidium viatorum, Cryptosporidium ubiquitum, Cryptosporidium horse genotype, Cryptosporidium meleagridis, Cryptosporidium erinacei, Cryptosporidium chipmunk genotype.

 

Samples : Stool (fresh, frozen and fixed)
